1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, registering, or using a MipTag™, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not complete your purchase or use the platform.

2. No Squatting

MipTags are intended for genuine use. You may not register, hold, or hoard MipTags for the purpose of reselling them, blocking others, or profiting from names, brands, or identities that do not belong to you. MipTags determined to be squatted may be suspended or reclaimed without refund.

You may not register or use a MipTag that infringes on the copyrights, trademarks, trade names, or intellectual property rights of any person or organization. Rights holders may report infringing MipTags, and we reserve the right to suspend or transfer them.

4. No Malicious or Bad Behavior

You may not use MipTags or your CONNECT NOW PAGE™ to:

  • Link to malware, phishing, scams, or otherwise unsafe destinations
  • Impersonate any person, business, or organization
  • Distribute illegal, hateful, harassing, or deceptive content
  • Mislead consumers about who you are or what you offer

All outbound links are subject to MipTag Digital Defense™ scanning, and flagged links may be disabled at any time.

5. Accurate Information

You are responsible for keeping the information on your MipTag pages accurate, lawful, and up to date.

6. Payments & Renewals

Purchases are processed securely through Stripe. Multi-year terms are billed upfront. MipTags expire at the end of their term unless renewed, after which they may be released for others to register.

7. Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend, disable, or reclaim any MipTag or account that violates these terms, with or without notice, and without refund where the violation is intentional.

8. AI Features & Your Data

Some MipTags features (such as assistants, ad optimization, and marketing content generation) are powered by artificial intelligence. When you use these features:

  • The messages and content you provide, along with relevant account data (such as your MipTags, ads, or billing details), are processed by AI models to generate responses.
  • Your data is used only to provide the feature you requested — it is never sold, shared with data brokers, or used for advertising.
  • AI-generated content may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing it before relying on it or publishing it.
  • Do not submit sensitive personal information (such as passwords, government IDs, or financial account numbers) to AI features.

9. Privacy

MipTags is privacy-first by design. We do not sell your personal data. See our privacy commitments on the What Is MipTags™ page.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
